Paulton Square Chelsea

This was a project we completed for a young couple and the architects were Peter Tiggs. This was a traditional refurbishment of a tall Chelsea town house on a garden square, where the project size was approx. 2.million. The unique feature here was that we were able to do a fantastic glass roof and double height lower ground floor to ground floor entertaining room at the rear. We employed our own joiners to make this house totally unique, including the most amazing timber floors and new staircase. Also we were able to build the most beautiful conservatory as a separate entity at end of garden, using the skills of our very well honed joinery department in London. It was linked back to the house and has proven to be a successful addition. We completely refurbished the house with underfloor heating as its main source of heating. Again we continue to maintain the house.
