JOINERY WORKSHOP

At Cordles, we are proud to have our own specialist joinery workshop to provide an ‘in-house’ service to our clients. With state-of-the-art machinery and a long-standing team of specialist craftsmen, it provides us with the ultimate control over the quality and cost, ensuring we produce and install bespoke joinery pieces of the highest quality, within a quick turnaround time.

Our expert craftsmen provide bespoke joinery, cabinetry, metalwork and upholstery, with the skills to provide a range of unique finishes and intricacies designed to suit a variety of styles, from classic heritage to ultra-modern. We create simple and bespoke windows, doors and wardrobes, as well as larger unique custom pieces. For example, the restoration of a staircase in a listed building or the curved wooden doors in a new London build. There really is no limit to what can be produced by our talented team.

As considerate constructors, the environmental impact of our approach is very important to us, which is why we are careful to select suppliers committed to sustainability and accredited by the FSC. In line with this, we choose to only import materials we need for each individual job to minimise wastage. We are continually searching for ways to improve our practice in order to operate in the most sustainable and eco-friendly manner.

Our attention to detail is paramount. Precision and accuracy are of the utmost importance and this is why we ensure that the same craftsmen assigned to build a piece are the same craftsmen assigned to fit and finish the piece on site. Our craftsmen take a great deal of pride in the work they produce and our clients enjoy the peace of mind knowing there is seamless continuity from the design and build stage, right through to the fitting and finishing.
